Studio time at BHS is only available to current BHS students, or after an introductory lesson. Generally speaking, studio time is for individuals with some experience with 1 or more instruments. We offer two different in-studio experiences:

For anyone interested in learning about the technology, philosophies, and process of writing and recording original music in a professional studio environment. Inside most music studios live many different gizmos and gadgets that can be positively confusing without guidance - these lessons are designed educate music-makers on how to write their own music (if they haven't already) and navigate the tech necessary to make that music come to life out of the speakers.

Recording Session

For anyone who has original music they are ready to record, but are not as interested in learning about the technologies / processes involved in recording, producing, mixing, and mastering a song. When you book time for a recording session, you also book the time of an audio-engineer who will assist in turning your musical ideas into a finished, recorded product that you can take home and play on your own speakers.
